ST. ANN'S CHURCH OFFICE OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

Dear Parents,
Welcome to our Religious Education program for the year 2011-2012. We hope to provide a quality program for you and your children.
Registration this year will only be held for new incoming children into the program. A copy of your child's baptismal certificate is needed, if he/she was not baptized at St. Ann's.
There is no increase in your child’s tuition this year, as stated on the enclosed directives. Please make checks payable to St. Ann's Church. If you are having financial difficulties, payments can be made on a monthly basis. Please contact the rectory so that those arrangements can be made.
The enclosed information outlines the basic operations of the Religious Education program for the coming year. Be sure to read all information, there are important changes. Please take a few minutes to read through these items and feel free to call the Rectory, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., if you have any questions.
The commitment of the Religious Education Board is to assist you in carrying out your responsibility as primary educators of your children. There will be MANDATORY PARENTS MEETINGS for parents of children in all grades. Please check your child’s class assignment sheet for the listing of your scheduled meeting date. All children in grades K through 7 will report to the their assigned class on opening day, Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., while our Confirmation Students will also report to class on Sunday, September 11th , at 9:05 a.m. at the Parish Centre. Please take a moment to review the enclosed calendar.
